Jinzhou Jinheng Automotive Safety System Co., Ltd. was set up in 1997 mainly engaged in design, production and distribution of auto active & passive safety products. Jinheng is a subsidiary of Wonder Group and the largest domestic supplier of airbag and seat belt with self-owned brand.
The company is located in Jinzhou eco. & tech. development zone, covering 99000 square meters including a structure area of 35000 square meters. The registered capital of Jinheng is 267.45million HKD. Jinheng has 978 employees (including 148 R&D personnel) and has realized total assets of 1.26 billion RMB and main business income of 1.026 billion RMB by the end of 2015.
Jinheng is the technology innovation exemplary enterprise and emerging high technology leader of Liaoning province and has a technology center of provincial level. Jinheng has the domestic first-class R&D center which is synchronous with international level. Its laboratory, approved by CNAS, is capable to do full-scale impact test and bled test like frontal impact, angular impact, pillar impact and side impact, etc. Experiments on spare parts can also be done here including static initiation, environmental test, fatigue test, noise test and drop test, etc. The experiment scope has been increased from 52 to 102 items including dynamic tumbling test required by FMVSS 208.
Jinheng has formed independent research and develop abilities and has independent intellectual property rights in core technology. Through digesting and updating imported technologies, Jinheng has become the first company to develop airbag and supply to OEM companies in China. On this basis, Jinheng has further developed side airbag, curtain airbag and knee airbag to form series products and obtained dozens of core technology patents. The company is now researching and developing smart airbags and active safety technologies. The company’s technology is developed synchronously with the world and always takes the lead in technical innovations in China.
Jinheng has the largest domestic airbag production base and all major manufacture equipments and inspection facilities were imported from abroad. ISO/TS16949 and ISO14001 has been implemented in production and management. Now Jinheng has formed an annual capacity of two million sets of airbags and become OEM supplier for over 20 customers including Shanghai Volkswagen, FAW, BAIC, SAIC-GM Wuling, Chery, Great Wall, Lifan, Chang’an, Geely, Brilliance, ZX Auto, Nissan, South East Motor, Changfeng, JAC and ZOTYE AUTO, etc. Jinheng plays an important role in domestic passive safety field and runs fifth after AUTOLIV, TRW, KSS and Takata covering 12% in domestic market. The company has also explored overseas market and become an international supplier.
As the market continues to expand, Jinheng realized continuous development and was awarded High-tech Enterprise and Top Ten Enterprise of Jinzhou City several times.
